Terms & Conditions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Customers”, “Their” and “His/Her” refers to you, the person registered on this website. The term “Platform” pertains to the Easy Picks Pantry operated and owned by Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation, hereby collectively referred to as “LMC”, “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” at Easy Picks Pantry shop website made available by us.

We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions posted on the Platform from time to time at our sole discretion. Your use of the portal will be subject to the most current version of the Terms & Conditions posted on the Platform at the time of such use. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products, Pricing, and Details

The products featured on the Platform, details, and prices are subject to change without need of prior notice. The prices of the products may be different from supermarkets and other e-commerce platforms.

In addition, any images or photographs of the Products that we put on the Platform are for illustration purposes only. In as much as we use reasonable means to make the sizes/details displayed on the Platform accurately, we cannot guarantee that the way in which your computer/device displays these Products sizes/details accurately reflects the Products made available by us. Actual Products appearances may differ from that which is on the Platform.

Discounts & Benefits

Only those who registered as members through Easy Picks Pantry are eligible to use discount vouchers and have access to the Platform’s latest activities, promo, and events.

Orders

A Customer who wishes to purchase Products shall place an order through Easy Picks Pantry.

By placing an Order, you are representing that (i) you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, (ii) a registered member of Easy Picks Pantry and has an access on the Platform, (iii) all information provided with such Order are true and accurate and (iv) you are authorized to use the payment method you will provide for such Order.

Payment

Payment of orders shall be made in Philippine Peso only. Total price of goods, including delivery fee and/or any voucher discounts (if there’s any) will be displayed upon checkout but may be subject to change upon availability of stock at store. Total amount due will be reflected on the final invoice after completing the checkout process.

Currently, we are accepting the following payment options:

1. Bank transfer and e-wallets via DragonPay
2. Cash on Pickup (COP)

For COP, customer must handover the payment to the authorized Easy Picks Pantry personnel upon pickup of their order/s, else, items will be placed on hold unless paid the right amount of purchase. All relevant transaction fees will be shouldered by the customer.

Delivery

We process the delivery of orders through our own logistics or third-party delivery services. An SMS from Easy Picks Pantry or third-party delivery service will be sent to the customer once his/her items are ready for delivery. Please be informed that Easy Picks Pantry can only book a delivery within Metro Manila and selected areas in Rizal. If delivery address is outside our coverage areas, customer will be the one to book their own courier or third-party delivery service to pickup their orders.

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days upon verification of payment. We encourage our valued customers to check their orders upon delivery to ensure that they received the correct items in good condition. Customers shall pay the amount of delivery fee and return fee if failed to inform the Easy Picks Pantry team in advance regarding the preferred time of delivery as our operations start as early as 8:00AM.

Easy Picks Pantry nor Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation will not be liable for non-delivery of goods if the reasons are beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to, logistical difficulties, force majeure, and other unforeseen events.

Replacement, Return, Cancellation, & Refund

Replacement or return of items will be allowed within 3 days from date of delivery, provided that it is still in original packaging state. In case of customer’s change of mind, customer will shoulder the shipping fee for the return and exchange of item/s.

Easy Picks Pantry reserves the right to cancel any transactions, or any part of a transaction in several cases such as non-availability of the items or non-fulfillment of any obligations of the customer. In case of such cancellation, the sole remedy of the customer will be to receive a refund of any amounts that he/she have already been paid.

Any cancellation requests from buyer may be sent via email or SMS and wait for the assistance of our sales representative with urgent order cancellation. Customers shall be responsible for improper cancellation of orders.

Viruses or Malware

Easy Picks Pantry nor Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware or other harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Platform or downloading any material posted on it or any website that may be linked to it, if any.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions for the purchase of Products through our Platform.

Revisions to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are solely for Easy Picks Pantry, The Company, and our customers’ benefit. We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our Platform. Customers’ continued use of the service after such changes have been posted shall constitute acceptance of such revised terms.
