Shipping

We process the delivery of orders through third-party delivery services (Grab, Lalamove, Toktok). An SMS from Easy Picks Pantry or third-party delivery service will be sent to the customer once his/her items are ready for delivery. Delivery fee must be shouldered by the customer.

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days upon verification of payment. We encourage our valued customers to check their orders upon delivery to ensure that they received the correct items in good condition.

Easy Picks Pantry nor Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation will not be liable for non-delivery if the reasons are beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to, logistical difficulties, force majeure, and other unforeseen events.

Replacement, Return, Cancellation, & Refund

Replacement or return of items will be allowed within 3 days from date of delivery, provided that it is still in original packaging state. In case of customer’s change of mind, customer will shoulder the shipping fee for the return and exchange of item/s.

Easy Picks Pantry reserves the right to cancel any transactions, or any part of a transaction in several cases such as non-availability of the items or non-fulfillment of any obligations of the customer. In case of such cancellation, the sole remedy of the customer will be to receive a refund of any amounts that he/she have already been paid.

Any cancellation requests from buyer may be sent via email or SMS and wait for the assistance of our sales representative with urgent order cancellation. Customers shall be responsible for improper cancellation of orders.
